About the event
We are delighted to invite you to an in-person reception for PhD students, post-doc researchers and lecturers. Join us for refreshments and a buffet lunch, and help us mark two years of the Language Learning Psychology PhD Community (LLP). This event will be a celebration of the group’s achievements and an opportunity to thank everyone who has been involved over the past two years. There will be short presentations detailing the types of activities we organise and sharing our plans for the future. There will be plenty of time for questions and discussions, and hopefully some new faces will consider joining the community.
The event is free of charge, but please do register by Wednesday 16 November.
The reception is followed later in the afternoon by Dr Sal Consoli’s talk on ‘Life capital: a novel lens for language-education research’ as part of Warwick University’s weekly Applied Linguistics seminar.
